Emirates ID Renewal (1/2 Year)

Emirates ID renewal is a mandatory procedure to extend the validity of your national identification card in the UAE. The requirement applies to UAE citizens, GCC nationals, and expatriate residents whose Emirates IDs are expiring or have already expired.

Step-by-Step Help from Test Booking to Results Submission

  1. Contact EAS for a Test Appointment: Start your work visa process and schedule your medical fitness test with EAS.
  2. Visit a DHA- or EAS -Approved Centre: Undergo your pre-employment screening at an authorised medical fitness centre.
  3. Complete Testing and Pay Government Fees: Finish your blood test and X-ray; settle all applicable medical screening fees.

  4. Get Results Submitted to DHA or EHS: Your fitness result is sent electronically for immediate continuation of the visa process.
