The process involves several official steps:

  1. MOHRE approval (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation)

  2. Medical fitness test at an approved centre

  3. Emirates ID registration through the ICP system

  4. Visa stamping by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)

Employment visas are typically valid for two years and are directly tied to the employer’s trade licence.

Step-by-Step Help from Test Booking to Results Submission

  1. Contact EAS for a Test Appointment: Start your work visa process and schedule your medical fitness test with EAS.
  2. Visit a DHA- or EAS -Approved Centre: Undergo your pre-employment screening at an authorised medical fitness centre.
  3. Complete Testing and Pay Government Fees: Finish your blood test and X-ray; settle all applicable medical screening fees.

  4. Get Results Submitted to DHA or EHS: Your fitness result is sent electronically for immediate continuation of the visa process.
