Investor / Partner Visa

A Dubai Investor or Partner Visa is a business entry permit that enables foreign nationals to reside in the UAE by investing in or co-owning a local company. Issued by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), it applies to companies registered under specific legal structures in Dubai.

The visa is initially valid for 60 days to allow completion of residency procedures. Once finalised, it grants the holder the right to:

  • Legally reside in Dubai

  • Manage and operate business activities

  • Sponsor immediate family members for residency

Step-by-Step Help from Test Booking to Results Submission

  1. Contact EAS for a Test Appointment: Start your work visa process and schedule your medical fitness test with EAS.
  2. Visit a DHA- or EAS -Approved Centre: Undergo your pre-employment screening at an authorised medical fitness centre.
  3. Complete Testing and Pay Government Fees: Finish your blood test and X-ray; settle all applicable medical screening fees.

  4. Get Results Submitted to DHA or EHS: Your fitness result is sent electronically for immediate continuation of the visa process.
